Lianne Alberts

Chairman

Hey! My name is Lianne Alberts, and I am the Chairman of the EBF board 2024-2025.

I am 20 years old and born in Noordbroek, a small town in Groningen, which my family and I exchanged for Hengelo when I was 6. I returned to Groningen in 2021 to follow the bachelor International Business and could not have made a better choice. Next to my studies I have been playing volleyball at Donitas and participated in several committees at both Donitas and EBF.

After leaving Groningen for 7 months studying in Kuala Lumpur and traveling Asia last year, I was excited to return and prepare for this next step! Doing a board year has long been an ambition of mine, and as I just finished my bachelor's degree, there could not have been better timing. In my spare time I like to go for coffee, walks, hang out with friends, or go city-hopping.

I am very enthusiastic about the year to come and cannot wait to meet you all at our events!
