Master Community | Economic Development & Globalization

Master Community | Economic Development & Globalization

The Master Community Economic Development and Globalization is responsible for organising events specifically for their master students. You will organise informal and formal events and will be responsible for creating a community feeling within your masters. Moreover, you will make sure that the students of your Masters have the opportunity to get in contact with companies and each other. Furthermore, it will give you the chance to do something interesting next to your studies and be the first point of contact for companies.

The Master Community has a lot of freedom as to what kind of events they want to organise. For informal events, you can think about winetasting, pub quiz, laser gaming, or something you want to do yourself.

The formal events are the best way for the student of your masters to get in contact with companies that are relevant and allow taking a look at the company’s culture and opportunities. Think about an in-house day at a company or going to the European Commission in Brussels, or guest lectures.

As you can see, there are many reasons to join the MC!
